- All consulting services are delivered remotely via video conference, phone, or email unless otherwise specified in the service agreement
- Initial consultation meetings will be scheduled within 5 business days of payment confirmation
- Specific delivery timeframes for project work will be outlined in individual service agreements
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel scheduled consulting sessions with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- For ongoing service agreements, clients must provide 30 days written notice for cancellation
Refund Policy
- Full refunds are available if requested before the initial consultation
- After services have begun, refunds will be prorated based on work completed
- No refunds will be issued for completed consulting sessions or delivered work products
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for single consulting sessions
- For ongoing service agreements, payment terms will be specified in the service contract
- All fees are charged in USD and processed through Stripe's secure payment system
